Poor room cleaning. No shampoo in the shower. We had to ask for shampoo, slippers, robes. No replacement or cleaning of the coffee cups. Very poor breakfast and the stuff was very short and uninterested to help.

9/10 Wonderful! (816 reviews)

We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location and we loved the four windows that look out over the Saone river. The room was lovely. A little hickup with a sink but they fixed it quickly. Funny they did not have washcloths but a minor inconvenience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back!

I didn't like the protests that damaged the hotel and forced us to evacuate. I did like the refund that I received.

8.4/10 Very Good! (1,000 reviews)

"So. After an exhausting drive from Rotterdam we dropped our bags in the room and shot down for a beverage before dinner. Staff friendly and chatty. Food was better than I'd expect from a hotel. My Faux Fillet was excellent. Room, was good, large bed, shower. Just what we needed."

9/10 Wonderful! (448 reviews)

"Underground parking good. Entrance though bar with several steps up to reception. No clear signs to direct to lift in bar. Had to ask receptionist to help lift suitcases to reception. She never mentioned lift either! Good beds and room facilities. Nobody on desk in morning to check out. Was about ..."
